Our Return/Refund Policy
At Namethenecklace.com , your complete satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase, please email our customer service at info@namethenecklace.com within 30 days from the date of shipping, to arrange for an exchange or refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
You must return items in new or unused condition with all original packaging and materials included. ‘New or unused condition’ means that there are no marks, scratches, blemishes, nor any other damage/s on the item, and that it has not been sized or altered in any way.
We will inspect your item upon receipt. If the item has been sized or altered in any way, or is not in new condition, it will not be accepted for exchange or refunds, and we will return it to you at your expense.

All ‘Free Gifts’ received with purchase such as jewelry box or any other gift you got with the order must be returned with products which are to be refunded. Refunds are not granted on products which are not returned with the Free Gift.
How do I return an item for correction?
Please mail your merchandise along with our original Packing list and a note stating the corrections (for example, correct the ring size), or write that you would like a refund or exchange to:

How do I return an item for a refund/exchange?
1. If you do not have your original order documents, please provide us with the order number, your name, address, phone number on a separate piece of paper. We cannot process your return without this information.
2. Email our customer service at info@namethenecklace.com to obtain A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We will not accept any returned merchandise without a RMA number.
3. Re-pack items to be returned and include your shipping document (or return purchase form).
4. Ship the item back to our address with insured register mail.
5. Send us the tracking number so we can track the package.

Please allow 3 weeks for the replacement product to ship. We recommend insuring the package before sending for your personal tracking purposes. You will be refunded your purchase total minus any shipping charges. If you paid by credit card, the credit will appear within 2 billing statements.
Why was my order cancelled?
Namethenecklace.com reserves the right to cancel any order due to, but not limited to, stock issues, site related malfunctions, improperly stated pricing, coupon code or discounts, and failed credit authorizations
